① 蠶豆以春前種,夏初收。味甘質(zhì)軟,蒸熟,糝鹽調(diào)食之,極佳?;蛞阅酃S腌芥葉同炒,酒飯皆宜。干之,同谷食,可充鹽蔬,功用頗多。乃自昔不見經(jīng)傳,其一“蠶”名,不知始何時(shí)。宋人《埤》《翼》二雅俱不收,東坡、放翁、石湖諸名公俱無詩。且此品不俗,而不一齒及,僅見楊萬里一詠,至元明人始著之。近時(shí)京城亦漸有種者,然遷地弗良,味薄而澀,反不如豌豆。南中入夏,價(jià)廉味美,鄉(xiāng)村戚友饋遺,可一月飽啖。墉自少至老嗜之不厭,今計(jì)違此味又五稔矣
